Dear Colleagues and Students,
We are very pleased to announce that the XVth National I. International Medical Education Congress will be hosted by Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine between 26-29 November 2025.
The main aim of our congress is to bring together those interested in education studies in the field of medicine and health and to benefit from the studies carried out in this field. This year, our congress will focus on "Employment Expectations in Health Education" and will include workshops, conferences, panels and oral presentations on a wide range of topics related to medical education, as well as the opportunity to listen, discuss and share experiences.
It is planned that our congress will have an international character for the first time and will be enriched with the participation of foreign speakers. In addition, various courses will be organised to enable our participants to increase their knowledge and experience in their basic fields of study.

We believe that our congress will reach a more successful point with the contributions of all our stakeholders working devotedly in the field of medical education. On this occasion, we are pleased to invite all our colleagues and students who devote their efforts and hearts to medical education to our congress. Dear Participants
Thank you for your interest in our congress. In order for you to have a more efficient and enjoyable congress experience, we bring the following important information to your attention.

🍽️ Lunch
Lunchtime meals on campus will be served. Detailed directions will be provided at the registration desk and by the hall staff on the congress days.
🔹 Registration and Participation Certificates
Registration procedures, in the congress area to be established Registration Desk will be made through.
Certificates of participation, after the end of the congress digitally via the congress website will be published.
🔹 Oral Presentation Information
Oral presentations 08.30-09.30 on Thursday and Friday will be held between the hours. Please check your day and time information in the programme carefully.
- Before the session with your presentation starts at least 10 minutes ago please be present in the hall.
- Your presentation PowerPoint format Prepare it.
- File name your notification ID number as follows.
- The final version of your presentation file On your USB stick make sure that it is installed.
- On the day of the congress, presentations can be delivered to the attendant 10 minutes before the session or uploaded to the computer in the hall.
- Presentation time 7 minutes, Question and answer period is 2 minutes. It is kindly requested to respect the deadline.
- In the halls, our session chairs and technical team will provide full support during the presentation.
