General Principles:
- In the congress, review, original research, case study, etc. verbal presentations related to all studies will be included.
- Abstracts will only be accepted through the submission system.
- The congress language is Turkish / English; papers can be submitted in both languages.
- Candidates for oral presentations should first upload an abstract of their paper in Microsoft Office Word format.
- The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees; the suitability and acceptance of the papers will be decided by the scientific committee. In case of differences in the evaluation of the first two referees, the abstract(s) will be sent to the third referee. The responsibility for referee corrections/suggestions lies entirely with the author(s).

- Our participants can edit and change their papers with the e-mail and password they pre-registered from the application view page until the paper approval is received. They will also be able to track their application status.
- The papers presented will be available in the Congress Book, which will be published in "PDF" format on the congress website after the congress.
- Even if the registration process is completed, the papers that are not presented will not be included in the Congress Book.
Writing principles:
- Abstracts in the Research Category; 1.Introduction, 2.Objective, 3.Method, 4.Results, 5.Discussion and Conclusion, 6.Keywords (Keywords; the first letter should be capitalised, each word should be written in maximum 5 words with a comma between each word).
- For reviews and other studies, it is sufficient to prepare abstracts as plain text, provided that the word count limit (500 words) is kept.
- Abstract titles should be written using capital characters. It should be in 12 pt. The font in the whole paper should be written in Times New Roman.
- The abstract should be limited to a maximum of 300 words excluding keywords under the above headings and should be written in Times New Roman font, 12 pt, text justified, line spacing 1.5.
- The names and surnames of the authors should be written clearly. The name of the presenting author should be underlined and that author must be registered.
