XIV. National Medical Education Congress (UTEK 2024) will be held face to face on 31 October-03 November 2024 in Bursa, hosted by Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine.
You can participate in the congress with a presentation. In such case, you can download your study abstract through the abstract submission system to pay the participation fee. through the registration system can complete their registration by making their payments.
- The author who will present the study must register. Otherwise, abstract or full text will not be included in the programme and congress books.
- Co-authors of the abstracts accepted to be presented in the congress can only benefit from the congress facilities when they are registered.
- You can also register through the registration system to participate in our congress as a listener Without any presentation.
- All registrations will be taken through the registration system.
- No registration fee will be charged for medical students and no registration fee will be charged.You can complete your free registration via the registration system.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Until 04 October 2024, the full payment will be refunded for cancellations made by the participant.
- 04 October 2024 and later cancellations will not be taken into account and no refund is possible.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Registration Secretariat.
- Refunds will be made after the congress.
