CONGRESS;
- XIV. National Medical Education Congress (UTEK 2024) Bursa Uludağ University Prof. Dr. M. Mete Cengiz Congress and Culture Centrewill be held face-to-face at the centre. The location of the congress centre can be found here.
PRESENTATIONS;
- In order not to disrupt our congress programme; It is important that oral presentations are limited to 7 minutes and 3 minutes should be allocated for discussion.
- Check your day and time information in the programme carefully.
- Please be present in the hall 15 minutes before the start of the session where your presentation will take place.
- Prepare your presentation in "Powerpoint" format and make sure that you have the final version loaded on a USB stick on the day of the presentation.
GALA DINNER
- Our gala dinner, which will be held on 1 November 2024 at 19:30 for all our participants, will be held in the foothills of Uludag. Burfaş Doburca Restaurant will be realised. You can find its location here.
TRANSPORT;
- Airport Transfers: It is possible to reach Bursa Intercity Bus Terminal from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen and Bursa Yenişehir Airports by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality vehicles every day.
- Public Transport: BursaRay and bus lines provide easy access to the city centre. BursaRay's University station can be used to reach Bursa Uludağ University.
- Taxi and Car Hire: There are taxi and car hire options for transport between Bursa Uludağ University and hotels.
- Transportation from Bursa Intercity Bus Terminal to the Congress Centre
