Registration Details
The 16th National and 2nd International Congress on Medical Education (UTEK 2026) will be held in person from 19 to 22 November 2026 in Kahramanmaraş, hosted by the Faculty of Medicine at Sütçü İmam University.
You can participate in our conference by submitting your research papers . After submitting their papers via the paper submission system, participants presenting papers can complete their registration by making their payment via the registration system.
Registration Details
- The author presenting the paper must register. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the programme or the conference proceedings.
- Participants who are listed as co-authors of papers and who will be attending the conference in person will be able to benefit from the conference facilities (certificate, name badge, lunch, etc.) provided they pay the registration fee via the registration system.
- You can also register via the registration system to attend our conference as a non-presenting attendee.
- All registrations will be taken through the registration system.
- A limited number of places have been allocated for all postgraduate students, and there is a discounted enrolment option available under the code . The discounted enrolment fee is 4,000 TL. To benefit from the discount, you must enter “TIP50” in the discount code field during enrolment.

Participants with papers are required to register for the congress.
The gala dinner is not included in discounted bookings.
You may present the payment slips for the registration fees you have paid for the conference to your organisations if required.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made by the participant up to 11 October 2026, the full amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations notified on or after 11 October 2026 will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat.
- Refunds will be processed after the conference.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers will be decided by the scientific committee. In case of differences in the evaluation of the first two referees, abstracts will be sent to the third referee.
