Guidelines for Submitting Papers
At our conference, poster and oral presentations covering all types of scientific work, including review articles, original research, case studies and similar topics, will be considered. Abstracts will only be accepted via the online submission system.
Application Format
Candidates submitting a paper proposal must upload their abstracts to the system in Microsoft Office Word format.
The Assessment Process
Submitted abstracts will be assessed by the Conference Scientific Committee and at least two scientific reviewers.
Conference Proceedings
The papers presented will be included in the Conference Proceedings, which will be published on the website in PDF format following the conference.
General Principles
- ✓ The conference will accept poster and oral presentations on all types of work, including reviews, original research, case studies, etc.
- ✓ Abstracts will only be accepted via the conference submission system.
- ✓ Candidates submitting a paper must upload an abstract of their paper in Microsoft Office Word format.
- ✓ The suitability, acceptance and format of the papers—whether as posters or oral presentations—will be determined by the Congress Scientific Committee.
- ✓ In the event of a discrepancy between the first two referees’ assessments, the summary will be forwarded to a third referee.
- ✓ Responsibility for addressing the referees’ corrections and suggestions lies with the author(s).
- ✓ Submission of the full text is optional and can be carried out via the system on the relevant dates.
- ✓ Until their abstracts have been approved, participants can edit and amend their abstracts and monitor the status of their applications using the email address and password they provided during pre-registration.
- ✓ Even if the registration process is completed, the papers that are not presented will not be included in the Congress Book.
Oral Presentations in the Research Category
Abstracts; Introduction, Aims, Methods, Findings, Discussion and Conclusions, Keywords should consist of headings.
Compilations and Other Works
Abstracts may be submitted as plain text, provided they do not exceed 500 words.
Abstract Title and Font
Abstract headings should be written in capital letters, be 12-point font, and appear throughout the text of the paper Times New Roman A character must be used.
Abstract
It should be no more than 300 words, excluding keywords; it should be formatted in 12-point font, justified and with 1.5 line spacing.
Author Details
Authors’ names must be stated in full; the name of the author giving the presentation must be underlined, and the author giving the presentation must register.
Keywords
Words should be capitalised at the start of each word, separated by commas, and there should be no more than 5 keywords.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers will be decided by the scientific committee. In case of differences in the evaluation of the first two referees, abstracts will be sent to the third referee.
