Registration Details
The 16th National and 2nd International Congress on Medical Education (UTEK 2026) will be held in person in Kahramanmaraş from 19 to 22 November 2026, hosted by the Faculty of Medicine at Sütçü İmam University.
You can submit your research papers to our conference and participate as a presenter. Once presenters have submitted their papers via the paper submission system, they can complete their registration by making their payment via the registration system.
Registration Details
- The author who will present the study must register. Otherwise, abstract or full text will not be included in the programme and congress books.
- Co-authors of the abstracts accepted to be presented in the congress can only benefit from the congress facilities when they are registered.
- You can also register through the registration system to participate in our congress as a listener Without any presentation.
- All registrations will be taken through the registration system.
- A limited number of places have been allocated for all postgraduate students, and a discounted enrolment option is available under the code . The discounted enrolment fee is 4,000 TL. To benefit from this discount, you must enter “TIP50” in the discount code field during enrolment.

Participants with papers are required to register for the congress.
You can submit the registration fees you have sent to the congress to your institutions with the receipt in case of need.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made by the participant up to 11 October 2026, the full payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations notified on or after 11 October 2026 will not be accepted, and no refunds will be given.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat.
- Refunds will be processed after the conference.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers will be decided by the scientific committee. In case of differences in the evaluation of the first two referees, abstracts will be sent to the third referee.
