Workshop Objectives
The aim of this course is to enable participants working in the field of medical education to familiarise themselves with generative artificial intelligence and AI-supported research tools that they can use in their day-to-day and academic work; to select the appropriate tool for the task; to create clear, context-sensitive and verifiable prompts; critically evaluate the resulting outputs; and apply the principles of ethical, safe and transparent use.

Workshop Objectives
The aim of this course is to enable participants to learn the basic communication tools for improving team communication within the framework of the TeamSTEPPS® training programme, and to ensure they are able to apply these tools in both training settings and real-life team communication situations. By the end of the workshop, participants are expected to be able to engage in structured communication using SBAR, clearly express their concerns regarding information and patient safety using CUS, and verify that the information conveyed has been correctly understood using Check-Back. Furthermore, the aim is for participants to identify barriers to improving team performance and to take a visible initiative towards behavioural change.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers will be decided by the scientific committee. In case of differences in the evaluation of the first two referees, abstracts will be sent to the third referee.
