Workshop Objective
Producing videos with artificial intelligence tools is one of the most remarkable developments of recent times and is frequently encountered in social media. However, the most important aspect of this development is the opportunities it offers in the field of education, especially in medical education. The use of cases in medical schools is valuable both in the preclinical and clinical periods and plays a critical role in the development of clinical reasoning skills. The association of students' clinical knowledge with real life scenarios increases the retention and effectiveness of learning.
Today, in the age of social media, when almost everything is transferred by video and screen time is gradually increasing, it has become inevitable to put video at the centre of medical education. Clinical scenarios, which can normally be prepared with high-cost productions, can be produced in a few seconds thanks to artificial intelligence tools. In this way, lecturers can present realistic cases to their students as visual or video in a short time. Therefore, integrating these technological opportunities into medical education is of great importance in terms of both improving the quality of education and accelerating the teaching processes.
The purpose of this workshop:
-To show the participants educational video production through Google Flow and VEO models.
-To gain the ability to provide continuity and consistency in videos with promo writing and improvement.
-To experience visual and reference material production processes using Whisk and Banana AI.
-To gain basic video editing skills with CapCut and to make videos usable in lessons.
-To accelerate the workshop preparation processes of academicians and contribute to making their workshops more effective, visually rich and efficient.
To make participants aware of the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence-based tools and to encourage them to use these technologies in medical education.

Workshop Objective
Creating a multi-centre mentoring system based on Richard Boyatzis“ ”Purposeful Change Model", implementing it in selected medical faculties, and co-designing the monitoring and evaluation process.
For this purpose, it is aimed to form a team with medical educators from 4-5 medical faculties, to create a framework system and to develop faculty-specific systems through this framework. TUBITAK project is being considered to support all these processes.
Scope of the mentoring system: “self-awareness and career development”, “reflexive learning and continuous development”, “well-being of the learner and employee (physical, emotional, social, etc.)”
